Computer Science deals with use of algorithms to manipulate, store, and communicate digital information. There are more than 50 fields in this and you will find brief details of some of the fields below.

Let’s get started. We all know that in today’s modern world, computers are essential part of everyone’s life and it has helped us lot in different potion in our life, Agreed or not ?. Today’s modern marvel is computer that’s what I think. It can be of Quantum Computers or Mobile Phones everything is related some how to computers. As a computer Science student I was always curious enough to know that how many area is coverd my computer science like what we will learn in it and how will we implement in real-life problems and yeah we human has solved many complex problem which would be impossible us to solved it or rather it would many long time to solved it. So, here is some brief discription of different fields in computer science :

1. SEO(Search Engine Optimization):

It is which is the process of optimizing your website to get organic, or un-paid, traffic from the search engine results page. Other words, SEO involves making certain changes to your website design and content that make your site more attractive to a search engine. You do this in hopes that the search engine will display your website as a top result on the search engine results page. By improving your SEO, you can work to expand your visibility on the search engines. This helps you reach and engage more potential customers. By creating more engaging and effective SEO-focused content, you can increase your chances of bringing in more targeted organic traffic.

2. OS(Operating System):

An Operating System (OS) is an interface between a computer user and computer hardware. An operating system is a software which performs all the basic tasks like file management, memory management, process management, handling input and output, and controlling peripheral devices such as disk drives and printers. Basically, it is the low-level software that supports a computer’s basic functions, such as scheduling tasks and controlling peripherals.

Some popular Operating Systems include Linux Operating System, Windows Operating System, VMS, OS/400, AIX, z/OS, etc.

3. Computer Hardware, Software, Networking :

Computer hardware is any physical device used in or with your machine, whereas software is a collection of programming code installed on your computer’s hard drive. In other words, hardware is something you can hold in your hand, whereas software cannot be held in your hand. You can touch hardware, but you cannot touch software. Hardware is physical , and software is virtual. While, Computer Networking is the field of computer science that allows computers to exchange data or information. Data can be exchanged either using cable media or wireless media.

The first webpage is still running.

In 1991, Tim Berners-Lee was working on developing the World Wide Web.

That page is still up and functioning at info.cern.ch though don’t expect much.

There’s no graphics and no background, just plain text and links on how to use the internet!

4. Cloud Computing :

It is the on-demand availability of computer system resources, especially data storage and computing power, without direct active management by the user. The term is generally used to describe data centers available to many users over the Internet. Simply put, it is the delivery of computing services — including servers, storage, databases, networking, software, analytics, and intelligence — over the Internet (“the cloud”) to offer faster innovation, flexible resources, and economies of scale.

5. Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking :

So ‘ cyber security ’ is a practice to secure the system connected to network, this includes choosing different methods to secure a back-end systems and creating law enforcement to protect people from cyber crime whereas an ethical hacker (also known as a white hat hacker) is the ultimate security professional. Ethical hackers know how to find and exploit vulnerabilities and weaknesses in various systems — just like a malicious hacker (or a black hat hacker). In fact, they both use the same skills; however, an ethical hacker uses those skills in a legitimate, lawful manner to try to find vulnerabilities and fix them before the bad guys can get there and try to break in.

6. Data Scinece and Data Analysis :

Data Scienc~~ It is a term for different models and methods to get information. In more easier words, Data Science is a combination of various tools, machine learning principles, and algorithm with the aim to find the patterns from the raw data.

Data Analytics ~~ It is the process for increasing productivity and business gain. Here data sets are examined to draw conclusions about the information they contain. Information is extricated and classified to identify and analyze conduct information, and different techniques are there according to organizational requirements.

7. Web Development and Designing :

Web Designing website means taking brief from the client/customers and working of the basic structure. it involves arranging the information in right place, placement of pictures etc.. designer should be responsible for making the information very easily understand to every user.

Web Development ~~ Here developers bring life to the designs they have received from the design team. developer builds site from bottom up that means designing it in such a way that users have no difficulty browsing the site. to bring the life to design developers uses such technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript for design front and back-end to get the data from the DB Java/PHP/.net to get the data from the database.

8.R&D(Research and Development):

R&D represents the activities companies undertake to innovate and introduce new products and services or to improve their existing offerings.R&D allows a company to stay ahead of its competition.Companies in different sectors and industries conduct R&D; pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and technology companies generally spend the most.

9.UI(User Interface) & UX(User Experience)designer :

Think tapping a button or swiping through pictures. The job of a UI designer is to design all the screens through which a user will move, and to create the visual elements~~and their interactive properties~~hat facilitate this movement. Designers aim to create designs users will find easy to use and pleasurable. UI design typically refers to graphical user interfaces but also includes others, such as voice-controlled ones.UX design refers to user experience design. Both of these are crucial to an IT product and need to work closely together. Despite being very integral to each other, the roles themselves are quite different, involving distinct processes.

Over 90% of the world’s currency is digital.

I don’t know about you, but I almost never have cash!

Between credit cards, debit cards, direct deposit, and online purchases, that leaves only about 8% of global currency to be physical money.

10.Cryptography :

Cryptography is the science of protecting information by transforming it into a secure format. Cryptography is the study of secure communications techniques that allow only the sender and intended recipient of a message to view its contents. An example of basic cryptography is a encrypted message in which letters are replaced with other characters. To decode the encrypted contents, you would need a grid or table that defines how the letters are transposed.

So, I don’t think that this is end because they are fields like Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, DBMS,Computer Animation and 3D design and list goes on…. If I briefed about all of this then this blog would never end and it will go on Ha ha ha!! But, above mentioned fields are basic and important to know.I will come up with different blogs soon and till then enjoy your life as much as you can and have a good day/night .Hope this blog helped you all gain some kind of knowledge.
